Earlier in her career, Glover was a prominent figure in the “Retail-As-Theater” Movement of the 1980s. Partnering with visionary maverick Marvin Traub and his team at Bloomingdale’s, she traveled the world formulating and then producing the now-legendary Country Promotions that forever changed the marketplace and the way people shop today. She developed and carried out creative campaigns with a staggering cast of the world’s greatest photographers, including Herb Ritts, Peter Lindbergh and Mario Testino, among others, and in locations around the world, including Europe, India, China, Africa and elsewhere.
An accomplished painter who studied at a formative time with some of the most important emerging American artists at New York’s School of Visual Arts, Glover continues to grow her business with the same cultural reach and creative zeal with which she began.
